Ideal Property Group’s luxury waterfront landmark project in Penang, Queens Waterfront, has won Mix-used Development Award at the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards 2019-2020.
Widely recognised as a world-renowned mark of excellence, Queens Waterfront has emerged top amongst the award winners in the Asia Pacific regions.
Senior Strategic Design Manager Ms Cheong Lai Yong represented Ideal Property Group in receiving the certificate during the award ceremony held at The Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, Bangkok, at 5 May 2019.
Winners of the Asia Pacific Property Awards are evaluated based on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.

The Asia Pacific Awards are part of the International Property Awards which include the regions of Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central and South America, the Caribbean, USA, UK and Asia Pacific.
Besides the above win, Queens Waterfront had previously scored Excellence Winner of ‘The Poseidon Award’, ‘Best Condo Development (Penang)’, Excellence Winner of ‘The Northern Star Development Award’, ‘Best Leisure Waterfront Development’ and ‘Best Luxury Lifestyle Development’.
