The completion of Phase 1 of the development was celebrated with a Key Handover Ceremony today, officiated by Housing, Town and Country Planning and Local Government Committee Chairman, Yang Berhormat Tuan Jagdeep Singh Deo, accompanied by Yang Berhormat Tuan Zairil Khir Johari, Penang Works, Utilities and Flood Mitigation Committee Chairman, Tan Sri Datuk Alex Ooi and Puan Sri Datuk Joanne Phor, Group Executive Chairman and Group Executive Director of Ideal Property Group.
The ceremony marked a meaningful beginning for 835 home owners from I-Santorini Phase 1, who are privileged to experience a brand new luxury lifestyle at an affordable home.
Meanwhile, Ideal Property Group is in full swing to achieve the completion for Phase 2 of I-Santorini (Tower A & B) before December this year, where the construction progress for the second phase is currently approximately 98%.
The master plan of I-Santorini covers an area of 9.98 acre , featuring 3 artistic towers in blue hues that house 2,155 units with 68 units of shop-lots on the ground and first floor. All residential units are practically designed at 850ft in the configuration of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms layout, yet affordably priced at only RM300,000-00.
