It was yet another milestone for Ideal United Bintang International Berhad (IUBIB) with the handing over of I-Santorini’s Tower A & Tower B – an award-winning Greek-themed community-oriented project comprising of 1320 units of affordable homes.
I-Santorini is IUBIB’s second affordable homes project successfully handed over in Penang Island.
The completion of tower A&B of this development was celebrated with the handing over of key to proud owners yesterday in a very meaningful ceremony which saw the Housing, Town and Country Planning and Local Government Committee Chairman, Yang Berhormat Tuan Jagdeep Singh Deo in attendance as Guest of Honour, accompanied by Tan Sri Datuk Alex Ooi and Puan Sri Datuk Joanne Phor, Executive Chairman and Executive Director of IUBIB. The Certificate of Completion & Compliance for tower A&B was obtained on November 11, 2019.
Tower C (835 units)’s key handover ceremony was held on August 23 this year.
Launched in 2015, I-Santorini recorded a take-up rate of approximately 96%. All units have a standard built-up area of 850ft in practical design to configure a 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms layout, yet affordably priced at only RM300,000 and above.
