Ideal Property Group scored the ‘Best Developer’ in People’s Choice Award category for the second consecutive year, at the iProperty Development Excellence Awards (iDEA) 2019 held on 9 October.
The award was presented to the most trusted brand in the real estate sector in Malaysia, selected by home purchasers and general public through digital voting, which took place from 8th to 19th July 2019. Ideal’s winning in People’s Choice Award had proved that mass purchasers and public are having strong confidence in Ideal Property Group.
Ideal Property Group was also accorded “Best Northern Development (Future)” for its upcoming project Penang International Exchange (PIX), a mix-used development in Bayan Baru, Penang, in recognition of its architectural design excellence (inclusive of landscape, urban design, interior, sustainability, security, design innovation), fixtures and fittings, facilities and neighbouring amenities, density as well as lifestyle and ambience.
